ProgressAndProtest combineert creativiteit met activisme. Als dubbelburger, geboren in de VS en al 30 jaar woonachtig in Canada, ben ik gepassioneerd over zaken in beide landen. Mijn ontwerpen zijn erop gericht om gesprekken op gang te brengen over rechtvaardigheid, vooruitgang en de kracht van het uitspreken.
Met 25 jaar ervaring in grafisch ontwerp, gebruik ik print-on-demand om alleen te creëren wat nodig is, afval te verminderen en duurzaamheid te ondersteunen. Producten zoals t-shirts worden gemaakt van duurzame en ethisch geproduceerde materialen. Artikelen die naar Amerikaanse klanten worden verzonden, komen uit de VS, terwijl internationale bestellingen lokaal worden verzonden indien beschikbaar*, wat de CO2-voetafdruk verder verkleint.
Ik hou ervan om gedurfde, tot nadenken stemmende ontwerpen te maken die aanslaan bij mensen die hun overtuigingen met trots willen uitdragen. Aangepaste bestellingen zijn altijd welkom: laten we samen iets betekenisvols maken!

Om de verzending betaalbaar (en iets milieuvriendelijker) te houden, maak ik gebruik van printpartners over de hele wereld. Als er een vestiging bij jou in de buurt is, wordt je shirt meestal lokaal bedrukt en verzonden. De meeste van deze locaties verkopen basics zoals zwart, wit en marineblauw in de maten S-2XL. Andere kleuren of maten kunnen vanuit de VS worden verzonden.
Als je bestelling uiteindelijk goedkoper is om te verzenden, kan ik mogelijk een deel van de verzendkosten terugbetalen. Stuur me dan even een berichtje. Het gaat niet automatisch, en soms zijn de shirts in andere landen duurder, dus het lukt niet altijd, maar ik help je waar ik kan.
Let op: Etsy int btw bij het afrekenen indien nodig, maar andere invoerrechten, belastingen of heffingen vallen volledig buiten mijn invloedssfeer. Ik word er niet van op de hoogte gesteld en kan ze niet schatten. Controleer de regels van jouw land als je het niet zeker weet.
En als je op zoek bent naar een specifieke maat of kleur, stuur me dan gerust een berichtje en ik kijk wat er bij jou in de buurt beschikbaar is.
Ik beheer ook de Etsy-winkel Pawsitive Pixel, waar ik me richt op spullen voor hondenliefhebbers, liefhebbers van bordspellen en merchandise voor de feestdagen. Ook beheer ik de Etsy-winkel Unapologetic Canadian, waar ik alles verkoop wat met Canadiana te maken heeft.

To keep shipping affordable (and a bit more eco-friendly), I use print partners around the world. If there’s a facility near you, your shirt will usually be printed and shipped locally. Most of these locations carry basics like black, white, and navy in sizes S–2XL. Other colors or sizes may ship from the U.S. instead.
If your order ends up costing less to ship, I might be able to refund part of the shipping—just shoot me a message. It’s not automatic, and sometimes the shirts cost more in other countries, so it doesn't always work out, but I’ll help if I can.
Heads up: Etsy collects VAT at checkout when required, but any other import fees, taxes, or duties are totally out of my hands—I don’t get notified and I can’t estimate them. Please check your country’s rules if you're unsure.
