Hi!

Welcome to Project 31 Studio! My name is Yu-Ting Feng. I'm an "art rebel" at heart, so you will find different art techniques, forms, and styles here. I love learning, experimenting, and mixing different art forms to produce unique creations. What I offer to you in style is a clash of opposites: serene, passionate, delicate, bold, traditional, contemporary.

Payment
I take Paypal because I think it's the easiest and offers the most protection for the buyer. You get a receipt with it stating clearly what you're buying and paying. And it doesn't cost anything to you to sign up for a Paypal account. I know this is what I would want as a buyer. I do ask that you please pay within 3 days of your order.

Yes, you have to pay sales tax, but you can save on shipping if you're willing to pick up your item! State in Message to Seller that you want to pick up your purchase. I will send you an email to meet for pick up.

|| SALES TAX IN NEW YORK ||
All orders shipped to NY requires sales tax.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped after I receive the payment in full. Due to rising gas prices and taking care of my kids, I would only be able to go to the post office ONCE a week.

US domestic shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail - whichever is cheaper for you. International shipping is via USPS First Class. I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible (this is where domestic Priority Mail may come in handy... and cheaper)!

Delivery confirmation is extra, so is expedited shipping - please choose "Other" in payment method and state the service(s) you wanted and the shipping address. I will then send a revised invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final except defective items. I take great care to not ship out defective items. But in those rare instances, the items can be exchanged or fixed within 10 days of purchase. However, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. (I am not responsible for damage done by the post office.) Please contact me before you ship the items back.

NOTE: Slight variations in handmade products are not defects, they are, in fact, a charming characteristic of handmade products.

For custom orders, please look in my shop or www.project31studio.com for ideas and send me a conversation or go through Alchemy and I will send you a proposal.

After we agree on the design, and depending on the design/quantity, I may request a non-refundable deposit. Then I’ll get started on it and will email you after I’m done. I will list it in my shop and you will have 3 days to buy it. If I do not hear from you after 3 days, I will assume you don’t want it and will sell it as a regular item in my shop.

Custom orders in large quantities, i.e. wedding/party favors, may have a different policy. See proposal for details.
