In a high acuity setting with only seconds to do the billions of other tasks in community mental health, this was so essential for me! I really love how compact this is and how readable it was. It just makes getting the info i need QUICK. for my ADHD its formatted in the most perfect way for my eyes to quickly screen what I need to see. Excellent visual design and excellent organization!

Wonderful! These cards are vibrant and beautiful. I printed and laminated them, so that I can use them with my clients. I only wish there were a couple of “blank” options to write in your own (with the matching border and sizing). Otherwise, an excellent purchase!
