Soy Jerry, el dueño de Pterna y me gustaría presentarles su pequeña historia.

Este es el de un pequeño equipo de personas con perfiles muy diferentes que tienen en común la pasión por el cuero y el cuidado mutuo. Nuestro trabajo ha estado relacionado con el interesante mundo de las sandalias; pronto estaremos orgullosos de compartir con ustedes muchas nuevas creaciones de cuero en las que hemos estado trabajando recientemente.

Aunque mis estudios y experiencia están relacionados de muchas maneras con lo que hago ahora mismo, supongo que esto también tiene que ver con mi abuelo. Recuerdo con frecuencia recuerdos de él trabajando en sandalias y cinturones de cuero en Creta y algunas de las máquinas que usaba hace casi cien años ahora han pasado a nuestras manos.

I am Jerry, the owner of Pterna and I’d like to introduce you to its little story.

This is the one of a small team of people with very different profiles who have in common the passion for leather and the care for each other. Our work has been connected with the interesting world of sandals; soon we will be proud of sharing with you many new leather creations we have been working on recently.

Although my studies and experience are related in many ways with what I do right now, I suppose this has also to do with my grandfather. I frequently recall memories of him working on leather sandals and belts in Crete and some of the machines he used almost a hundred years ago have now passed in our hands.
We get inspired of the ideas you share with us and really hope you like our leather creations!
