Hello :) Please review my policies and Etsy’s policies before buying!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
I accept PayPal, credit cards (via PayPal only), cashier’s checks, and money orders for payment.

PayPal and Credit Card Payments:

I prefer to receive payment for an item immediately after confirmation. Although, I am very flexible and understanding. Therefore, I will reserve an item for you as a courtesy if you need more time (please see ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -> RESERVED ITEMS.

Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders:

If you would like to pay with a cashier’s check or money order here are the steps you must take:

• For your protection, please send your cashier’s check or money order payment to me with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION through the post office and “Convo” me the tracking or confirmation number.

• I’ll then ship your item the next day upon receipt of your payment (or same day depending on the time I receive the payment).

Jewelry pieces will come inside a plastic jewelry bag, unless otherwise stated.

Your order will be shipped the day after order completion and at times on the same day, depending on the time the order is received. If the item is made to order, please allow an additional day.

I use United States Parcel Service (USPS) Parcel Post or First Class to ship.

Within the USA:::: 3-5 business days

Outside of the USA:::: 1-2 weeks

In my experience, USPS parcel and first class generally doesn't take 3-5 business days. I have had an item arrive to the buyers home in less than 3 days... although this is not a guarantee.

Priority Mail Upgrade

Within the USA:::: 2-4 business days, costs $6.00

Outside of the USA:::: 1-2 weeks, costs $14.00
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are only processed for damaged orders. Please let me know immediately via Convo and I will plan to refund your money after I receive the damaged item.

Refunds for unwanted items without damage will also be processed if you contact me within 7 days of the order confirmation. I will plan to refund your money after I receive the unwanted item.

***All return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility UNLESS the item is damaged***
Additional policies and FAQs

I will RESERVE pieces on a courtesy hold. I will hold pieces in confidence assuming they will be purchased at the end of the hold period. I’ll usually hold a piece for 7 days but just let me know how long you need and we can work something out.

To reserve an item:

• Please convo me first about the item(s) you’d like to reserve.

• I will then have you email me your telephone number and personal email address. Please send this information to: PuddingPieBodySweets.yahoo.com.

• I will call to confirm the phone number and finalize order details. I will only use your contact information to contact you about your Etsy order.


For custom orders, I will use the same procedure I use for reserved items. If it is a large order I must require a 25% deposit (I’m sorry I cannot reserve deposits). I will set up payment for your deposit through Etsy.


I will attempt to contact you if no payment is received after the time allowed or if you have not attempted to contact me for an extension. (I will only accept 1 payment extension after the first initial reserve) then the order will be canceled and the item re-listed. Please note that I will leave negative feedback for all incomplete orders.
