4 out of 5 starsThis is a very soft chair and comfortable to lounge on. I just wish I had the option for a larger size. The color and quality are perfect!!

1 out of 5 starsNo correspondence from seller after purchase and no reply to emails regarding general queries and despatch/delivery. 6 weeks until final despatch (web page says 2-3 weeks) and item smaller than expected on delivery by 15 cm's. Again, no reply to after care email so I am sad to offer only 1 star because of bad customer service when the item itself is generally good and warrants a 4.

5 out of 5 starsThe Bean bag is great, very comfortable (the rope looks hard but is actually very soft!) and big enough for support from knees to head. It's perfect for lounging or watching a movie.

Delivery
All orders are shipped between 1-3 business days of purchase. You will be contacted when the package is sent.
Everything is shipped through First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. The shipping cost includes postage, packaging material and supplies.
International customers:
Please be aware that delivery time is between 1 to 8 weeks depending on the location as well as any delays your country's customs may be experiencing. The buyer is solely responsible for any duties, VAT, tax and handling fees that may be charged at customs.
Your order will be sent to the address that you provide during checkout so please make sure the address is correct! There is a re-ship fee if an order has been sent to an incorrect address and returned back to me.
