1 out of 5 starsVery disappointed with this order! The wax melter is made in China. It was shipped internationally with no tracking and I received it more than a month after I ordered it, which was only the beginning of the headaches of dealing with this seller. The wax melts were handmade, the melter was mass produced and resold, the package was listed as handmade, which makes it a violation of Etsy's handmade policy. Don't make the same mistake I did!

1 out of 5 starsThis wax melter is made in China. The wax melts are handmade but the seller told me (after I received it) that she gets the melters from a wholesaler. This seller was a huge hassle to work with and I had to get Etsy involved to get her to give me a refund. Definitely NOT recommended.

5 out of 5 starsThe llama itself is adorable, the only issue I found was that the cavity where you put the tea light doesn’t have a flat bottom so the candle tilts to one side. Regardless I still love him.
The melts are cute, but I struggled to distinguish the different scents between the four and the aromas didn’t seem to be as strong as I was expecting when they were melting. That’s personal preference though.
I gave five stars because the llama always makes me smile, I appreciate the love and labour that goes into making the melts and Klauida is lovely. X -

Beautiful package- zero-waste and detailed-oriented.
Shipping went smoothly as well as contact with Klaudia, who is very responsive.

How to remove wax from wax warmer?
Place you wax warmer/oil burner in your freezer for five minutes. The wax will pop out easily ;)
I found plastic in your packaging but you said PukScent is zero waste!
Yes we are zero waste that is why we use everything we have multiple times. Some supplies are coming packed in un-ecofriendly way so I am trying to use all this packaging further. I encourage you to so the same. Boxes I am sending my wax melts in can be reuse. If you do that show it on Instagram and tag me in. I would love to see that @puk_scent
Remember muslin bags are compostable so don't throw them to the bin!
