My Name is Jenoa and I am a WAHM and proud wife of a Coastie! I love designing and making fun and original things for little ones and enjoy being able to have something different than typical store bought stuff. All of my items are machine washable and are made to last, so enjoy!
I love being crafty...or attempting to be. I really enjoy being able to give homemade gifts and see them put to good use.
I accept Paypal, direct checkout, and Etsy giftcards.
If you are paying through paypal with an e-check, your turnaround time will start when your payment has been cleared, usually 6 business days.
I ship 1st class mail through USPS and will have orders in the mail within 14 business days of payment. If you would like or need priority shipping or insurance, please email me prior to purchase so I can give you a price quote and set up a custom listing for you.
I am not liable for shipping and delivery delays on behalf of the Post Office or packages lost by the Post Office.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because my items are made specifically for you, at the time of your order, orders are non returnable unless they are defective. Regular shop items may be exchanged for size on a case by case basis, if the item is unwashed and unworn and can be resold. Custom orders are non exchangable. I want you to be happy and love your purchase, so please read item description and sizing information carefully and do not hesitate to ask questions before ordering if you are unsure on anything.
