We love our dog tag! It's our second one, (had to get a new one when we moved) and they are great! Durable and make our pup look sharp. Customer service was amazing, I made a mistake and didn't update my shipping address and it got mailed to the wrong place. They made a new and sent it to me free of charge! Can't say enough about the tag and Pupcaps. 10 stars!
