5 out of 5 starsThis collar is beautiful and is so perfect for our shihtzu Daisy :) it is well made and high quality. I originally ordered the wrong size but Kathleen was quick to reply and offered to change the size for a minimal fee if I returned the collar so she could just re-use the engravement part. I got the newly sized collar so fast. Wonderful experience and I would surely purchase here again, thanks Kathleen! :)
