Hand stitched, hand dyed, handmade by me and my best pooch buddy Indy.

Welcome to Pup Tart Handmade, a collection of lovingly hand dyed, hand stitched and hand printed accessories for you, your pet and your home. I'm a former fashion buyer & textile design graduate and with the help of my dog Indy we hope to bring you a collection of lovingly made products that will brighten up your day.

Working from my small studio in North London, I dye, print and stitch everything from glitter bags and watermelon purses to our bestselling dog and cat tipis. Looking to make Indy a home, I loved the idea of creating something different for Indy to call her own. The Tipi was born. Every night Indy would take herself off to another room where it was dark and quiet. Now she's hanging out right next to us in her tipi, sometimes you'll hear signs of life or spot the odd paw sticking out. Needless to say Indy loves her tipi!

The growing collection is made and sourced by me making each piece a unique buy. The range is constantly updated with new and interesting designs so come back often to see what Indy has inspired next.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If there is an issue with an item, let me know within one week of receiving the item and we will work it out! Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping costs or refund costs for items lost in the mail. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me.

Remember to check the measurements carefully. Please note that due to the hand made nature of my products. some tiny irregularities may be apparent in your purchase. We like to see them as quirks and what makes each item unique.

Please ensure you make payment within 3 days or I will have to cancel the order.
I will give you fair warning before day 3. If your having problems just let us know and I can try to help.
I aim to get your package to you looking ace and as quickly as possible.

I use Royal Mail First Class and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days (Monday - Friday) once payment has cleared.

Please note if you required a tracked or express order just upgrade your shipping to our UK express and international tracked and traced options.

You can now request free collection from our new studio in Wood Green London

I cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in the post. But if your delivery does go missing I will try my best to sort out the situation.

I am more than happy to ship worldwide. International customers are exciting. However please note: any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
