All of my items are handmade and special requests are welcome. Our main goal is to provide quality service, high quality product, and to make your dog a pupster.

There is a lot of pressure to be a pupster dog, which is why we spend a lot of time searching for the best material. So don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or feedback.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If you are just plain unhappy with your item please contact me right away and I will refund your money from 30 days of purchase, but you may need to ship your item back to me at your costs. My goal is for you and your pupster to be happy with what you purchased.

Broken or damaged tags beyond normal wear and tear will be replaced within 6 months of purchase on a case by case basis. We do not currently offer any lifetime guarantees on our tags.

All major credit cards and Paypal are accepted.
Payment is due at the time of check out.
Shipping
All items will be shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Please expect your item(s) to arrive within 3-5 business days within the US, expect longer lead times overseas.

We only ship to addresses listed on Etsy.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please contact us with any custom order requests. Custom designs are an additional fee. When checking out please leave the name and number you would like on each tag in the comment section. We are only able to put information on the front of the tag and are unable to print anything on the back of the tag. Addresses will not fit on any tag with a design on it.

* We reserve the right to change fonts, font sizes, picture sizes and colors on tags. We reserve the right to omit information other than name and number that will not fit on the tag (addresses, messages, etc.). Please note - we will only do so to increase the visibility of the information you provide for the tag. By purchasing a tag on our site you are agreeing to this policy. *

We reserve the right to cancel any order containing customer supplied information that may be deemed offensive. We will contact you prior to cancelling to allow adjustments to the tag.
