With over 12 years experience sewing and 8 years in a professional tailor shop under her belt, her designs are outside the box as well as quality made. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Our return policy is effective for 30 days. Not applicable to made-to-order pieces or custom orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. If you would like to return your item, please contact us with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. Once your return is accepted, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a refund will be issued.

If you would like to cancel a made to order item(s) for which the order was placed 3 or more days prior you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
Shipping
How long does it take for an order to get printed and shipped?

As long as items are in stock, printing and shipping out normally takes about 2-3 days (hand painted items). Custom orders take 1-2 weeks depending on when I receive your measurements. Shipping time depends on the carrier.
Additional policies and FAQs
If a valid address is not supplied and your item is returned to me; The customer will incur the additional costs for shipping before another attempt is made to ship.

If I do not receive measurements from you I will make attempts to retrieve this information from you. If no measurements are received, your order will simply sit in my queue as I patiently await your response. To facilitate the process and to keep production time efficient and accurate, I ask that measurements for custom orders are supplied by the customer at the time of order.

Exchanges (not applicable to custom orders) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our behalf. Please contact us and be sure to include your full name, order number, and the reason for your exchange. Please provide a brief description and a photo (if possible) of the damage or defect.
