Five years prior I began my journey towards pursuing good health, not just expecting to stay healthy without doing the work. First, I cleaned up my diet but eventually I began to research and learn alarming facts about how my daily cleansing routine could be damaging my health. I was dismayed and shocked to discover the cheap and potentially toxic way most cleansers are made. Most cleansers sold today are made from petroleum byproducts. The skin is the largest organ on the human body and very porous--not a place you want to regularly smear on petroleum byproducts!

As a result of this research, I became determined to find healthy skincare products and found that I loved making them myself. I actually spent my birthday at a soap making class learning how to make healthy lye soap. I spent the next year experimenting with recipes and giving them out to family and friends. They loved them and I was thrilled! This grew my little mission into a business and I am passionate about providing healthy affordable, aromatic soap! My soap uses coconut oil because it is super foamy and has a great lather. It is super nourishing because of the high concentration of this oil. Other ingredients include lye, natural botanicals, and 100% pure essential oils. Hope you enjoy! Please use my soap--I will make more!
