You can type the name/wording in the “Preview” textbox, and you will be able to see exactly how the name will look in each font! Then just tell me the name of the font you like best.

No production can be started until you approve the design, be sure to do so in a timely manner.

If I don’t hear back from you, I will message every week for a month. After that time, your order will be moved to ‘waiting’ in my queue, and you will receive a shipping notification reminding you to approve the proof. No further reminders will be sent.

You must approve the design(s) before production can be started!

- If you are using a hotmail, yahoo, or aol account, please note that delivery to these email addresses is not always reliable. This is a known problem for these account types.

Orders will be shipped with the method selected at checkout to the address provided with the order.

Orders are shipped with DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

UPGRADES:
You can upgrade the processing time and/or the shipping time if you need them faster. Please only use the upgrades on orders with the same item types.

*Each item type (Plates, Bags, Puzzles, Towel...) purchased with other types of items may be shipped separately! You will be notified if your order will ship in more than one package.

ORDERS - RETURN TO SENDER: if an order cannot be delivered to the address provided, and it bounces back to me. I can reship to a different address if the first one is no longer valid; buyer is responsible to cover shipping charges

Since all products are made to each buyers’ specifications no cancelations will be granted after work has begun on your order. No orders are made without being APPROVED; I offer unlimited proofs.

If you would like to CANCEL your order, please do so within 2 HOURS of purchase. Once work starts all sales are final. Cancelation after 2 hours, but before work has started on your design, will be granted store credit to use later (expiring one year from purchase date).

If your item arrives DAMAGED, please contact me at Tanya@PurpleBerryInk.com, with a photo of the damage. I will remake and ship a replacement as soon as possible. I want you to love the items you get from me!

Here are some general recommendations, but please keep in mind the uniqueness of your child (each child is a different size!)

SMALL (12 x 14 inch) - up to age 5
MEDIUM (16 x 18 inch) - age 4 to age 12
LARGE (18 x 22 inch) - age 10 to Adult

All measurements are approximate but are useful for picking a size.
--If you know what you would like to carry, you can place all the items together and measure it, to see which bag size is best.
--If you are buying for a specific child, it's best to measure the child's back. Pick a bag that is just slightly larger than their back measurement.
