I love this sling! It was just as described and even though I'm short (5'2") it still fits me well because of the adjustable strap. I love all the zipper pockets, in addition to the outside pockets--they're just the right size for my phone, keys, headphones & small essentials. I look forward to using this for a very long time! Update: I discovered that my sling had a defect in one of the web loops holding the strap when I was in the airport going on a week-long trip. After panicking, thinking that the strap was going to come loose, I remembered that I could change the strap to the other side and carry it on the opposite shoulder. I reached out to PurpleHands about the problem, along with pictures, and a replacement sling was sent in the mail within the week. Great customer service!
