Announcement    Due to a larger than normal amount of orders this week (8/8) it is taking slightly longer for me to ship out. But everything will be shipped within the specified time frame on each listing.

Please Note: when I started selling these hand sanitiser holders over a year ago, there were limited hand sanitiser bottles on the market (only 2 shapes really) and these fit lovely in these cases. Since the pandemic there are a lot of different shapes and sizes and obviously each case cannot be customised to fit every shape. If you find that the bottle you bought does not fit as snuggly as you like, pop a few glue dots on your bottle which will stick nicely to your case, (you can get these in Poundland and some supermarkets) or just put some sellotape back on itself and put that around your bottle and they will stay snuggly in your case. I do not put the snap tabs on my cases because in constant use, they tend to pull through the leatherette and then you have a useless piece of leatherette flapping about. I hope this helps anyone having problems.

Returns and exchange details
Buyers pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item once it has been checked and returned to stock. No personalised items may be returned unless faulty. It is always better to return items via signed for post.
