Attention Fuzz Fanatics - Important Announcement!

It is with profound appreciation and gratitude that I announce my plans to close Purple Moose Felting during the 2021 calendar year. While so many other businesses have been struggling during these uncertain times, Purple Moose Felting has been growing by leaps and bounds – so much so that I am no longer able to maintain a sense of balance between work and home life. (I enjoy this business so much that I am literally obsessed with it!) And for that reason, I have made the very difficult decision to step away.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to my suppliers, my family, and my friends, but most of all to YOU, my customers, for making my fuzzy fiber dreams come true. Seeing the tangible results of your hard work and creativity has put more smiles on my face than you could ever imagine. Newbies and experts alike – you have warmed my heart beyond measure, and you have truly inspired me.
Thank you for this opportunity to serve you. I look forward to interacting and “hanging out” with you more in the coming months as I bring this incredible experience to a close.

Returns and exchange details
Purple Moose Felting is going out of business. Beginning at 2:00 p.m. EST on March 13, 2021, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are no longer accepting returns and we will not be issuing refunds, except in the case of errors made by the seller. Variations in color, whether actual or perceived, due to lighting, photograpahy, changes in dye lots, differences in computer monitors, etc, do not constitute error. If you have questions, please contact us before making your purchase.
Payment
Our Etsy shop has "Direct Checkout" enabled. This means that all payments are processed through Etsy, and you can use most any major credit card or Paypal. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before you place your order. All Maine residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
Shipping
Most U.S. orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared. Items are shipped via US First Class Mail or U.S. Priority Mail. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost by the US Postal Service. During times of high volume or staffing issues within the U.S. Postal Service due to Covid, delays of several weeks may occur. If tracking information confirms that your package has not been delivered within 60 days of shipping, your order will be fully refunded.

Most of our items qualify for reduced shipping if purchased with another item. In these cases, the item with the highest shipping cost is considered your "first" item.
