What is your refund policy?
It is very important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. I want you to enjoy your shopping experience with me so much so that you tell all of your friends (and perhaps even a few strangers) just how happy you are with your Purple Tulip Bag.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately (within 3 days of delivery). We can work out a solution together. If you wish to return the item, this needs to be done within 7 days of delivery and the item must be in good (unused) condition. I will refund your payment minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please note that sale/clearance items are final sale. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, Priority and Xpress shipping upgrades are available. Please contact me for the specific costs. Don't forget to include your location.
How accurate are the colours in your item photos?
Please note item colours may appear slightly different from the shop photos. I try to be as accurate as possible with the photography but in the end every screen is different.
Can I cancel my order?
The answer is yes and no. Yes, your order can be cancelled. A process that is super easy and not a problem for me. Unfortunately, you have to contact me as soon as possible. I pride myself on my fast packaging and always aim to have your order in the mail quickly.
Care instructions
All of my bags are machine washable.
Washing: Use warm or cold water. Delicate cycle.
Drying: Lay flat, hang, or tumble dry on low. I recommend placing bag inside a cotton sack (pillow case) to avoid the metal hardware banging around inside the dryer.
Ironing: Your bag may develope wrinkles after washing. Iron as needed.
