The item itself was fine, could have been nicer, but generally within the acceptable realm - I'd give it a B/B-. My daughter liked it and it worked well at her party. My complaint is with the poor communication from the seller. It took 3 messages and (finally) opening a dispute on Paypal before I heard from him...at which point it was less than 2 full days before my daughter's party and I had already purchased a replacement, since I had no way of knowing whether I could depend on this arriving in time. While I was satisfied with the product, I would not order from this seller again, as it was far too stressful.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Payment through PayPal are ease and safe and you don't need to have a paypal account to use their services.
All orders will schedule to be made once payment is received.

Shipping
I can not ship international.

All my piñatas are shipped using USPS Parcel (ground). It would take between 7-10 days to arrive. If you want a faster turnaround time, please use the express shipping option (additional fees apply )
_Make sure you are ordering your pinata 2 or 4 week before your event day.
_Double check your shipping address
_If something goes wrong with your product delivery, take lot of pictures, so I can use them to make a claim to the shipping company.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry there are no returns on custom orders.

Returns: If you are really unhappy with your pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. The pinata must be sent back to me in the same exact condition that I shipped it in. You will receive a refund for only the amount of the pinata, not the shipping. If you choose to return your pinata, it will be up to you to pay for the return shipping.

If you should receive a damaged pinata, please notify me within 3 days of receiving it. You will need to email me pictures of the damaged pinata and the damaged shipping box before the date of the party.
