5 out of 5 starsMy phone case is even better than the first one I bought from Amanda. It looks amazing and the communication on how I wanted the case was spot on. She let me see what she could do resin wise and then we decided on what I wanted theme wise. The process was a bit long but I wasn't in a rush to receive it. Over all I will and would be ordering again!.

I love the kitten toys oh em gee I'm in heaven with my little space stuff and my kitten stuff. Thanks!! I'll be buying again!

5 out of 5 starsIt took a bit to come in, but, the wait was totally worth it! Mine looks amazing, and, I love it!! Also I got a lollipop and Halloween stickers, with a nice little card attached! The lollipop was even my favorite flavor, too-- blue raspberry! All in all, I'd definitely order from here again!

Not only was my collar perfect the shop owner is not only super sweet she also did a rush order for me super last minute needless to say I will continue buying from this shop time and time again!

Cancellations and Refunds
Custom and BYO Items orders can be canceled within 24 hrs for a 75% refund on the items and 100% refund on the shipping.
Custom tag listings cannot be canceled as I immediately put in for them to be made once purchased.
Ready made items can be canceled within 24 hrs for a full refund.
Boxes can be canceled within 24 hrs for a full refund.
Items that have already been shipped cannot be refunded.
Important Shipping Information
Make sure your address is accurate! We are not responsible for lost items or delivery to wrong address due to incorrect information. If an item is returned to us due to wrong address it can be reshipped, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment.
Items lost in transit outside the US or held in customs are the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs department to be located.
Refunds MAY be issued for lost items in transit minus the cost of shipping in the event the item cannot be located. However items MUST have had correct address and tracking when shipped for this refund to be issued.
If the item is shown as delivered to the address a refund cannot be given,stolen packages are not something we can refund for.
Why have your prices gone up?
You are not paying more than before, the cost of shipping is just now included in the listing price so we can comply with etsy.
Etsy has told us that if we don't offer "free shipping" our listings won't be seen as often even if it is more relevant than listings that do offer shipping for "free".
They have advised us to add the shipping into the item price to help offset the cost because shipping is NOT free for sellers. Because I have low margins, I would lose money in some cases if I offered truly free shipping, and this is the case for most shops.
Etsy wants it to seem like shipping is free but I love you so I want to be honest💕 Almost all shops are now having to do this so please keep that in mind and thank you for supporting us!
