Welcome to Purus Sensa!
I've always been fascinated by crystals and beautiful nature. Ever since I was a child, I was drawn to collecting unusual rocks and shells, imagining they held their own powers and special meaning. I've also always had a caring nature and qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2012. Looking back, I think that's where my love for designing meaningful keepsakes and helping others truly began.
My journey started in 2016 while traveling southeast Asia and Australia. One afternoon on the beach, I made my first piece of jewellery using shells and cotton thread. I then started making friendship bracelets for new friends I met along the way. I loved the creative process so much that, when I returned to the UK, I began designing jewellery and gifts as a hobby.
What started as a small passion project quickly grew into something much bigger. As my business evolved, so did my products. I found myself creating uplifting gifts that celebrated life's happiest moments, offered comfort during difficult times, and helped people show love, appreciation and support in meaningful ways.
As the business grew, Looby's handmade evolved to Purus Sensa - A name that better reflects the thoughtful keepsakes and gifts I create today.
Every design is created with care from my Lincolnshire workshop using high-quality materials and genuine crystals. Whether you're celebrating a wedding, welcoming a new baby, remembering a loved one or simply letting someone know you're thinking of them, I hope my creations become treasured reminders of life's most meaningful moments.
