Our processing time is 2-5 business days. Transit time varies by location with most orders arriving within 1-5 business days. See individual item listings for delivery time estimates.

►Note: If you request a proof of your personalization, or if proof approval is required for your order, the processing time will start after proof approval, so keep an eye on your email & spam folder to avoid order delays. Proofs are sent within 1 business day.

Products requiring proof approval are our Family Map Art, Family Name Sign Art & sometimes our Canvas Maps. Proofs for canvas maps are only sent by request or when we have questions about your personalization. To request a proof for your canvas map, enter "Send Proof" in the personalization text box.

► 2-Day Express shipping options are available and can be added during the checkout process*. Please factor in processing times when purchasing an express shipping option. Rush Processing is possible on some orders. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about your order arriving by a certain date.

*Please Note: Express shipping services occasionally experience minor delays. Orders placed with Express shipping options are not guaranteed and the shipping fee will not be refunded should your package arrive 1-2 days late, as we are not being reimbursed by the carriers when this happens. Thank you for your understanding.

► You may return new non-personalized maps and other products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Orders placed in November & December have 60 days to initiate a return. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If you have received a damaged item, please email us pictures of the damage.

► Due to their custom nature, personalized maps & decor items cannot be returned or exchanged. We will print your personalization exactly as entered, so please double check all spelling, capitalization & punctuation to ensure accuracy before placing your order. We take no responsibility for misspellings or mistakes that are not the result of our error.

► APO ADDRESSES:
We can ship to APO/FPO addresses for an additional shipping fee. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Transit time varies substantially, so we can’t guarantee an arrival date for APO/FPO orders. To ship to an APO address, please purchase the following shipping add-on for framed maps or sign art:

► P.O. BOXES:
We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes as FedEx does not deliver to them. Please enter a physical address at checkout.


► ALASKA & HAWAII ADDRESSES:
It is quite expensive to ship to Alaska & Hawaii. Customers shipping to these states must purchase the following shipping add-on listing if purchasing a push pin map or family name sign art:

► ► CANADA & INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: We are able to ship to most international destinations, but are not able to do so through Etsy as we cannot set proper shipping rates.

► All of our pin maps can be personalized for FREE and will arrive ready to hang with 150 push pins and appropriate hanging hardware.

► Our PAPER MAPS are personalized with a metal plaque that is affixed to the map. Plaques can have up to 3 lines of centered text & up to 25 characters per line.

► Our CANVAS MAPS will have your personalization printed directly on the map itself, using one of our 9 unique templates. Canvas Maps will say "Canvas" in the title.

► Additionally, our paper maps have a smooth finish, and our canvas maps have a textured look and feel. Both paper and canvas maps are mounted to foamcore board, which is what holds the pins in place. Both versions are high quality and will last you a very long time!

► Your map will arrive with 150 pins in a mixture of red, white & black. Designate each color as you see fit! Many customers use 1 color for Places Visited, Planned Trips & Dream Vacations. Our map has His, Hers, and Our travels together. Get creative & track whatever you like!

► Our Paper Maps do not include a pin legend. However, some customers will include a legend on their personalized plaque. A pin legend can be added with your personalization on all of our Canvas Maps with your text printed directly on the map directly.

► Additional pin colors & specialty shaped pins can be found by navigating to the “Map Pins” section of our shop.

► Our framed, ready-to-hang maps are available in one size, which is stated in each listing. World & US maps are typically 24”x36”, with a framed dimension of 27.5"x39.5".

► Most Gallery Wrapped maps are available in 2 sizes: 24x36" & 30"x45". Our 3-Panel Gallery Wrapped maps are 36x54".

► We offer 8 standard frame options here on Etsy as well as additional premium frame options exclusively through our website.

► Many of our maps can be purchased as unframed/unmounted canvas posters. Our posters include personalization and are shipped rolled in a tube with 150 pins. World/US canvas posters are avail. in 4 sizes- 24"x36", 30"x45", 36"x54" & 44"x66". Upon receipt, you could have the map framed at a local hobby store or pin it to your wall.

► All products are handmade right here in the USA!

► At this time we are not able to offer custom maps or area specific maps.

► All of our travel maps are current & up to date.

► Most of our world maps show the outlines for all 50 US states. However, not all world maps have each US state named. Each map listing has a close-up picture of the US portion of the map to give you a better idea on the level of detail and if the states are labeled. Please contact us if you have any questions about which maps have all US states labeled.

► None of our maps are laminated as the high gloss makes them harder to read and pin.

► None of our maps or travel artwork include glass.
