►► Processing Time:

• Every Push Pin Travel Map & Travel Décor item is handmade to order in the USA with great care. Because each piece is made just for you, processing times vary by product:

• Paper Maps: Printed & shipped within 1–3 business days

• Canvas Maps, Map Art, Sign Art, Bucket Lists & Travel Décor: Handmade & shipped within 3–5 business days after proof approval (if requested or required)

►► Proofs:

• Sent within 1 business day (M–F) if requested or if we have questions about your personalization. Processing time begins after proof approval.

• Please Note: The day your order is placed is considered Day 0. Processing time begins the following business day.

►► Transit Time:

• Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS or Amazon Shipping for fast, reliable delivery. Transit times typically take 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Push pin only orders ship via USPS and usually arrive within one week.

• Carrier Delays: While uncommon, weather or other unexpected events may occasionally delay delivery once your package is in transit.

• Please Note: In some cases, maps and pins may ship separately to help ensure safe delivery.

►► Expedited Shipping:

Due to the large size and oversized shipping fees of our maps, express shipping options are not available. Overnight and expedited services are often extremely costly and may exceed the price of the map itself.

► We want you to love your map! New, unpinned, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Holiday orders (Nov–Dec) may be returned through January 31st.

► To start a return, email info@pushpintravelmaps.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Due to the oversized nature of our maps, return shipping may be significant. Please return items securely in the original packaging.

► Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. We print personalization exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling and details before ordering. If a personalized item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.

► P.O. BOXES:

• We are unable to ship framed maps to P.O. Boxes because FedEx, UPS and Amazon Shipping do not deliver to them. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid delays.

• Orders for push pins only can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Due to extremely high oversized shipping fees, we can only ship 24"x36" maps and canvas posters Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & APO addresses.

• Larger framed/gallery wrapped sizes cannot be shipped and orders will be canceled.

• Additional shipping charges apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We will send a separate invoice after purchase for the shipping cost. Orders will not be processed until shipping fees are paid.

• Shipping costs can be very expensive and may exceed the cost of the map.

• Please message us before ordering for a shipping quote. Orders for non-eligible sizes will be canceled.

► Most maps are printed on premium canvas and handmade to order in the USA. Choose the display option that best fits your space:

• Gallery Wrapped Canvas: Ready to hang with a clean, frameless look.

• Float Mount Framed Canvas: Add a handcrafted float mount frame for added depth and dimension. Choose from 6 frame colors.

• Rolled Canvas Poster: Unmounted & unframed, cut to finished size for DIY framing or creative display.

• 150 Push Pins Included: A curated mix of red, white & black pins.

• Hanging Hardware Included: Ready to hang right out of the box (except rolled canvas posters).
