• Each Push Pin Travel Map and travel décor item is carefully handmade to order in the USA and ships within 3–5 business days.

•Orders containing only push pins typically ship within 1 business day.

⭐️ ⭐️ PROOFS:

Proofs are only provided upon request or if we have questions about your personalization. To receive one, include “Send Proof” with your personalization details when ordering. Proofs are emailed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), and processing begins after approval.

*Please note: The day your order is placed or your proof is approved is considered Day 0. Processing begins the following business day.

⭐️ ⭐️ TRANSIT TIME:

• Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Shipping and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Push Pin-only orders ship via USPS and usually arrive within one week.

• Carrier Delays: While uncommon, weather or other unexpected events may occasionally delay delivery.

• PLEASE NOTE: When ordering a map - your map and push pins may ship separately.

⭐️ ⭐️ EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

• Due to oversized package fees, express shipping is unavailable for maps, as costs can exceed the price of the map itself.

• 2-Day Express shipping is available for push pins only. Transit times are based on business days (M–F). For example, an order shipped on Thursday would arrive on Monday.

⭐️ We want you to love your map! New, unpinned, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Holiday orders (Nov–Dec) may be returned through January 31st.

⭐️ To start a return, email info@pushpintravelmaps.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Due to the oversized nature of our maps, return shipping may be significant. Please return items securely in the original packaging.

⭐️ Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. We print personalization exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling and details before ordering. If a personalized item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost.

• Due to extremely high oversized shipping costs, we can only ship 24” × 36” maps and rolled canvas posters to these locations.

• Larger framed and gallery-wrapped maps are not eligible, and orders for these sizes will be canceled.

• Additional shipping charges apply and are the buyer’s responsibility. We’ll send a separate invoice after purchase, and your order will not be processed until it is paid.

• Shipping can be very expensive and may exceed the cost of the map. Please message us for a quote before ordering.

• Framed maps require a physical street address. Only rolled canvas posters and pin-only orders can ship to P.O. Boxes.

⭐️ Framed Canvas: A gallery-wrapped map finished with a modern solid wood float frame. A small gap makes the canvas appear to float inside the frame. Arrives ready to hang.

⭐️ Rolled Canvas Poster: An unmounted canvas map shipped rolled in a tube and trimmed to its finished size for traditional framing. It does not include extra canvas for gallery stretching and does not arrive ready to hang. Push pins are included.
