Welcome to Putumayo Design.

Now that you have visited us we hope you like our designs. And of course we will be very pleased if you decide that one or several of our items are cool enough to make it to your home or to wherever you might be.

In that event, it is our main goal that your purchasing experience is as seamless and pleasant as possible. We will do our best to post your order quickly and protect it well while being shipped.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We accept Paypal and will only ship out orders once the payment has been cleared.

The best way to ensure you can get your order as soon as possible, is to make the payment within the first three days of the purchase date.
Shipping
We usually ship in boxes and or padded envelopes depending on size and quantity.

We will ship your orders in the first 24 to 48 hours after the payment has been cleared. If you order a Friday and payment is cleared on that same day we might have to wait until Monday to ship your item.

In the US our shipping method is regular (3 to 7) business days.
Outside the US it will be regular mail which might take longer.

Once we have shipped the order, you will receive an email within that same day confirming shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sometimes an item can be lost in the mail or damaged which are situations that fall out of our control. But we will do our best in order to make sure your experience shopping at PutumayoDesign is as seamless and positive as possible.

• If the item has been damaged in the mail, please let us know that you are shipping it back to us and let us know what part of it was damaged. We will refund the cost of the item only or send you back the same item at no additional charge. This return must occur within 6 business days in the US and 12 business days outside the US from the moment you received the damaged item.

• If the item has been lost in the mail, please let us know we will refund the cost of the item only.

If you have a comment or suggestion (i.e. I'd like to see this design on another color, etc.), or a particular idea in mind regarding our designs (can you custom design something for me? etc), feel free to contact PutumayoDesign.
