Production Lead Time - Is currently 4-6 weeks. This is the time between the receipt of order and until it is available for packing and shipment.

I will accept RUSH ORDERS for an additional cost (service charge). In addition to the service charge, there may be additional shipping costs depending on the order.

Please consider that I hand cut each puzzle, piece by piece. I will always try to accept your order, if time permits.

Returns and exchanges
At Double Trouble Jigsaw Puzzles, customer service is my top priority. I want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Due to the labor intensive work involved with my puzzles, I do not accept returns or exchanges. This means to read the item's description BEFORE buying. I will email extra photos, information, and anything else needed.

Because I start working on your puzzle within 24 hours of purchase, I do not offer refunds. Please read the full description before placing your order and note of any event deadlines that may relate to your order being shipped within a certain period of time.

If you have any issues regarding your order, please contact me at info @ iPuzzleU.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please do so BEFORE leaving feedback on Etsy. Feedback is critical for sellers as it tells potential clients how wonderful our products are!

Your order is not complete until payment has been sent.

I accept PAYPAL, CHECKS, & MONEY ORDERS (see below).

Currency:
- My shop is listed in US currency. I accept most currencies through PayPal.

PayPal
- For a faster turnaround time please use PayPal. This is hassle-free and you are not obligated to create an account.

Checks:
- Please choose the "pay by check" option during checkout. Mail your check to the address provided. I will let you know when I receive the check. Important! Orders will not ship until checks have cleared.

Electronic Checks
- E-Checks can take up to one week to clear. Orders will ship upon the check clearing.

Credit Cards
- I accept all major credit cards via PayPal. Paypal acts as the credit card processor for all Etsy orders.

Money Orders
- Please choose the "pay by money order" option during checkout. Mail your money order to the address provided.
Shipping
Items ship to your address listed on PAYPAL. I can NOT be responsible for the wrong address listed. Please be sure this is correct and up-to-date.

Within the United States:
- I ship most puzzles via USPS Priority Mail. This takes 3-7 days and includes delivery confirmation (tracking number).

International Shipping - IMPORTANT!
- I ship puzzles via USPS Priority International Mail. This usually takes 6-14 Business days and includes delivery confirmation (tracking number).
- YOU are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, etc.
- Most international shipments are available for pick-up at your local post office. They are not left on your doorstep.

Production Lead Time - currently 4-6 weeks. This is the time between the receipt of order and until it is available for packing and shipment.

- In the event of a rush order, additional shipping fees may apply.
- Expedited Shipping is available upon request.
