Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Damaged in the post - if you recieve something that has been damaged in transit, please contact me and we will arrange a suitable replacement. If there is not an exact item available, you will be offered an item credit the same of what you paid originally.

Lost in transit - if you do not recieve your item after the times specified in 'Shipping Policy', please contact me and we will endevour to replace your lost purchase.

**Items will be posted every Monday and Thursday. Please keep this in mind when ordering.**

Domestic within Australia - please note the Australia Post can take up to a week or more in some instances to deliver your package.

International - please note I am in Australia so international post can take anywhere up to a month (sometimes longer) to arrive.
