For domestic orders I use the United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders that are shipped using ground service characteristically take up to10 business days. I also use the United Parcel Service for all APO/FPO and P.O. Box packages that weigh less than one pound. Delivery time on these packages is up to 10 business days depending upon the distance.

For all international orders I use First-Class Package International Service™. Delivery time on these packages varies by destination. THERE IS NO TRACKING AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES unless we upgrade the shipping. You can upgrade your shipping method if requested.


**CUSTOMS**
This is very important because I have no control over it and customs may also create a delay/ hold to your order but here's the explanation I got from Etsy.

"When a package arrives in a country, the buyer might owe additional fees (duty or taxes) before they can receive it. The buyer's own country's customs department sets the rates & picks which packages will owe money to the government. Packages over a certain dollar amount (different for each country) are picked at random for additional fees. There is no way [a seller] can know in advance if [the] package will be picked or if it will require more payment before the buyer gets it. Additional fees & taxes are the buyer's responsibility."

I'm not exactly sure what to do about this but this is a learning experience for me because I'm still a bit new to international shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges
DOMESTIC RETURNS
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a product defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Please email "QQChrystal@gmail.com" to request a refund and include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

RESTOCKING FEE

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. I also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

EXCHANGES

If your merchandise item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product of equal or lesser value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Q:How much do Teemo Hat cost?
A: All prices are subject to change, but to help you get an idea, making one hat can take me multiple full days of work. As a full time student who also has a job, please understand and expect the prices to reflect this.

Q: Can you make more Teemo Hats?
A: Yes, I am more than willing to make more Teemo hat. Please send me a message.

Q: When will you make more Teemo Hats?
A: Depending on when I have time to do so. I am a full time student and have a job. Currently I am trying to produce these hats in batches, so although it decreases the individual time it takes to make a hat, it increases the amount of days I spend on each step of the production.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

• United States = UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS
• Canada = VARIES BY DESTINATION. (2 week to a month after shipping date)
• Everywhere else = VARIES BY DESTINATION. (2 weeks to a month after shipping date)

It really does vary by destination. I've had international shipments take either two weeks or sometimes even a month and a half.

Q: You restocked another product? Why aren't you working on Teemo Hats?
A: Call me a masochist, but the time I use to sew mushrooms and bombs is my free-time, not time I scheduled for Teemo Hats. So don't worry, I'm not "wasting time."

Q: How long does it take you to make a Teemo Hat?
A: There are a lot of variables that change this. It depends on my school and work schedule. Making one hat can sometimes take me multiple days, and since I do these in batches of 10 or 12, you can imagine how long it takes me to restock especially with work and school sometimes only permitting me two or three days out of the week to work on sewing.

Q: How much does it cost to ship internationally?
A: To get a quote on shipping internationally please provide me the following:
• Country
• Zip code
• City name

Q: Do you take pre-orders for the Teemo Hat?
A: No.

Q: Do you give discounts for bulk orders?
A: No. These are all made by hand. Making more doesn't make it any easier or cheaper for me, like it would for a manufacturing company. However; I may be able to ship your items in one shipment to lower the cost of shipping, but that's about it.

Q: Do you do rush orders?
A: Please send me a message. This usually depends on luck. Most of the time no I don't take rush order, but occasionally the circumstances are just right and I'll just put in the extra time for you. Send me a message anyways. You never know. :]

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Please send me a message. I do custom orders from time to time, but depending on my work and school, I may just not have the time.
