Returns and exchanges
Because our supplies are limited, if you are not happy with our product due to damage, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item for you with attached proof of damaged product and shipping. Without photos of said items and package, a refund or replacement may not be possible.
Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.
Correspondence regarding the broken product must be made IMMEDIATELY to ensure availability.
Quantities are limited so please remember shipments are not prepared until payment is received in full.
Orders are processed generally in 1-3 business days (M-F excluding holidays).
But please give up to 3-5 business days (M-F excluding holidays).
We carefully pack everything in cardboard boxes with padding to ensure safe arrivals. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which estimates to take 2-3 days to be delivered and are NOT guaranteed timing. Other shipping options are available for express shipping.
We ship to the address provided in the order only. If your address has changed, please make sure to provide us the correct address before shipping has started.
You will receive an email notification, including tracking information, when your order has been shipped. If there is any issues we will communicate with you immediately.
We cannot be responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
However, if items are lost it is buyer's responsibility to INFORM the store.
If no contact is made, store is absolved of all responsibility.
Please double check your shipping address, if a package is returned to our shop for any reason, you will be required to pay the cost to reship the item.
We can only guarantee shipment dates and cannot make any guarantee of delivery dates.
