Thank you so much for your interest in Quaintrelle Couture! I am a one woman production so all items in my shop are made completely by me and by hand! Right now I specialize in corsetry but will be adding other fashion items down the road so please keep checking back! Returns and exchanges
As each piece is custom made, Quaintrelle Couture is unable to accept returns or give refunds for unwanted items as per the Distance Selling Regulations. I check every piece carefully and insure only the highest quality before shipping out any item. In the unlikely event an item is faulty due to no fault of the customer please contact me within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will discuss making any necessary repairs. Faulty items will be repaired at no cost to the customer and return shipping at the standard postal rate will be refunded. If an item becomes faulty due to customer mishandling or misuse of the item a repair may still be made but the cost of the repair and return shipping shall be paid by the customer. All repairs to be done and the cost for such repairs will be discussed with the customer and agreed upon before repairs are made.
Once you receive notification from Quaintrelle Couture (Etsy) that your order has been accepted you will have 48 hours to cancel and a refund will be given within 5 business days. After 48 hours no cancellations can be accepted, in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations, and no refund will be possible.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks before shipping for all custom orders. Rush service is available for an additional fee. Once order is shipped tracking information will be provided to the customer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Once your order has been received I will contact you via email with information on how to take and supply me with your measurements. Please respond to this e-mail within 48 hours so that I may begin making your corset.

Please take care when measuring as corsets made to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer cannot be returned.

Orders are shipped wrapped in tissue paper and placed inside a designer box that can also be used for storage. This box is scented so please let me know if you have any allergy to Vanilla. A care sheet will be included with your order.
