Please note that, as a seller, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery problems and delays caused by customers providing incorrect/invalid delivery addresses at the point of checkout, or delays experienced by carriers during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). However, we are happy to work with the customer towards a problem resolution in the event that the order is returned to us by the carrier.
Our shipping costs are fixed and we offer consolidated shipping, so you do not pay extra regardless of how many items you add to your basket. Shipping costs are calculated when you add items to your basket and may vary according to the currency exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Orders containing print sizes up to 8 x 10 inches will be packaged in a clear plastic sleeve and shipped inside a board backed envelope for their protection.
Orders containing prints larger than 8 x 10 inches will be gently rolled into a postal tube for their protection.

We add a small white edge around each print to make it easier to frame when using mounts. The white edge is approximately 3mm in width and it sits behind the mount/ mat. The printed area is exactly as stated in the listing and it does not include the white edge. If you do not intend to use a mount then the white edge can be easily trimmed off to achieve a snug fit. Alternatively, please let us know at the point of purchase if you would like us to remove this edge for you.
