Payment is through PayPal and Credit/ATM/Debit cards. Payment upon purchase is required. Thanks! Etsy Gift Cards are also accepted.

New York state sales tax will be added to New York resident purchases during the checkout process.


I ship using First Class USPS with tracking. There is a Priority Mail upgrade option for those residing in the US in the shipping drop down menu.

USPS Priority Express shipping is available upon request. A separate 'custom order listing' for the exact shipping price will be created for the customer. Both the item and the shipping add-on order will need to be purchased before the order is mailed.

Shipping dates are sent in an email. Please note it is the *shipping* date and not when you can expect your package, for that you'll need to refer to the tracking number.

I can gift wrap if you prefer, just let me know! I will send to the address you provide in conversation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds may be requested within 5 days of order delivery. Return shipping will be the responsibility of buyer. After the item is received in original condition here at Quarter Life Luck, I will issue a refund for the item cost , minus the original cost of shipping.
Please use the original packaging when possible and consider insuring the return shipment.

If an order is damaged in outgoing shipping, I will offer a refund for the full cost + shipping. The buyer must supply a photo of the damaged item for verification, with the original packaging, and comply with our insurance claim to the shipper.

I can not offer refunds on custom orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders:
I accept custom orders, I love them! There is a link that says "contact the shop owner" where you can private message me, or you can click on the blue "request a custom order" button. Either will bring you directly into a conversation/email with me where we can discuss specifics.

Discounts on Multiple Items:
I do have an offer of 20% off for anything multiple over $30. If you decide you'd like to place an order I can give you the coupon code for that.
