Hi Tracy, Thank you for reaching out with your comments. I am so sorry to hear of the misunderstanding that this mask did not come with ties. I had mentioned in the product description that the mask adheres to the face with eyelash glue. This helps to allow the customer more flexibility to position the mask on the face without having the restriction of a tie when styling their hair. I truly value great customer service and I want all my customers to be happy with the care I put into each piece. An unforeseen shipping problem (fault of courier) prevented the arrival of my artwork - HOWEVER Kathy has literally bent over backwards to rectify this and I truly cannot fault her customer service. She is a talented lady and I recommend purchasing from her! My replacement artworks are STUNNING - very happy!

What a wonderful look and idea!!! :) Excellent customer service!!! Was very helpful and informative!!! :) Beautiful piece! Will shop at her store again! :) Highly recommend!!!

5 out of 5 starsI absolutely LOVE my painting from Kathy! And I also loved working with her. I would recommend her to all my friends and family if they were in the market for a beautiful, unique piece of artwork. I couldn't believe that Kathy actually emailed me swatches of different pinks to see which one I liked the best. It resulted in a painting that hangs in my bedroom that makes me happy to look at every day. I can't say enough what a delight Kathy was to work with and I look forward to ordering more things from her shop in the years to come.
