Accepted payment methods

Payment
I ONLY accept paypal. Payment is due at time of purchase. Any order that has not been paid for within 24 hours will be canceled. If you have problems with the payment system please contact us before abandoning the order. If you would like to reserve an item please convo me. I will hold reserved items for 5 days.

Shipping
***DOMESTIC SHIPPING**

We offer USPS first class mail (2-5 days) for packages under 13 ounces and priority mail (2-3 days) for items weighting over 13 ounces.

All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation can be purchased for $2.55 if you would like to sign for your package. Signature confirmation assures that your package will not be left at your door if no one is there to sign for it. You will then need to pick your package up at your local post office.

Our obligations have been fulfilled once your package shipped. We keep all receipts as proof of mailing.

**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**

We ship internationally via the United States Post office at this time. The United States Post Office does not offer tracking information with international first class packages or flat rate priority mail packages. In order to receive tracking information on your international package you must request standard priority mail shipping. To purchase standard priority mail shipping please message us before you check out.

International shipments can take anywhere from a week to a month for delivery. We have no control over how fast you receive your package unless you upgrade to an expedited shipping class that insures a specific shipping time and tracking information.

Our obligations have been fulfilled once your package shipped. We keep all receipts as proof of mailing.

***INSURANCE/ LOST AND OR DAMAGES****

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSURED BY YOU ONCE WE GIVE THEM OVER TO THE POSTAL SERVICE. WE KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AS PROOF OF MAILING.

Please note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered into our system or on PayPal.

Holiday shipments do not have a promised delivery time as I have no control over how fast the postal service will delivery your package. For guaranteed shipping times you must request to purchase expedited shipping.

Please note that we do not ship on Fridays, weekends or U.S. holidays.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We do NOT accept returns or refunds. We accept exchanges for merchandise based on inventory availability only. We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you for an exchange in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Please be careful to view all pictures, read descriptions thoroughly, and ask as many questions about the item before making your purchase. Make sure you order your proper size. Please refer to the size chart enclosed in the listings.

All items being returned for exchanges must be sent within 7 days of receipt. Exchanges are only given once the item has been received. Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original new condition with all original packaging. The items are your responsibility until they reach our us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. QuellyRue Designs.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
