I like this planner a lot! It takes some time to set up all your income and expenses but that's obvious since I had a lot to track from the last few months. I also like the documentation and Video (in German but with subtitles it is easy to follow). Currently I am playing around with setting upcoming years. It really is easy to copy one year with all the expenses and income and just use those for the next years, maybe with some adjustments. It takes a bit of time, thinking about future expenses, but it also helps with getting a feeling of my future expenses and how to cut them. PS: I accidentally bought the German version first and got the english version as well.

Der Planer ist sehr komplex und bietet zahlreiche grafische Darstellungen zur Veranschaulichung persönlicher Finanzen. Der Planer hilft mir, den Überblick über meine Finanzen zu behalten und diese zielführender als bisher zu steuern, zu analysieren und entsprechende Rücklagen zu bilden. Mit dem Budgets-Feature sehe ich, ob ich mich im Rahmen meiner selbst festgelegten Budgets bewege und ob diese realistisch angesetzt sind. Mein erster Eindruck ist sehr positiv. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es sehr komplex, mit Hilfe der Anleitung und des Erklärvideos kommt man aber gut zurecht und findet sich schnell ein. Sobald das Prinzip verstanden ist, geht es nur noch darum, variable Kosten und ggf. neue Fixkosten kontinuierlich einzutragen, um auf dem aktuellen Stand zu bleiben. Ein nützliches Werkzeug.👍🏼

I love that it is simple and yet the overview is great. You can really have an overview over many years, as you can add as many as you wish. I recommend adding similar expenses (like coffee etc.) together because there is not that many “expenses” rows available but it’s not that inconvenient
