A teeny bit of QPQ history...

What started as an experiment in Savannah, GA , has several years later developed into this unexpected creative outlet currently being handmade in Seattle, WA. I design these pins because I like them, and I sell these pin because I'm happy that other people like them, too!

Payment
- To pay for your order, I accept credit cards through Etsy or Etsy gift cards

- Orders being purchased/shipped within Washington state will have a 9.5% sales tax added to their purchase price (shipping is not taxed)

-Unless other arrangements have been made, orders that have not been paid for within 2 days will be canceled.
Shipping
I try my best to ship out orders as soon as possible, always within a week. Please let me know if you would like your item(s) by a certain date and I will try to accommodate it!

Shipping rates are for US domestic first class mail sent in protective bubble envelopes. Priority mail is available-- just message me!

Please contact me for international shipping-- I am happy to help!
Refunds and Exchanges
Any discrepancies with your order must be brought to my attention within 2 weeks of the date I marked your item as shipped. Any problems after that will still be assessed, but I reserve the right to refuse a refund.

More importantly, I am a reasonable person. If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact me and we will work out a resolution.
