Little treasures hand-crafted with the perfect recipe of detail, love, and musing

I've always loved making things. From my first grade diorama to a high fashion statement necklace, I relish the time I spend figuring out how to craft something and then actually bringing my ideas to life. There's nothing like seeing the work of your own imagination and hands!

Anyway. I usually just make one of everything, just for myself, but I started getting a lot of compliments on the things I made - necklaces, bracelets, headbands, picture frames, paintings, drawings, even doodles. So I decided to start an Etsy shop! I'm really excited about it - now I have an excuse to do more crafting!

I make a lot of jewelry, but I love to draw and paint, so I'm adding some custom and personalize-able stuff to my shop as well. Everything I sell are things that I've made by hand, usually to order! Especially for those custom paintings, for which I get to learn a little bit about you, I really do hope I can pass along a little bit of the love and positive energy that goes into each item. I want you to cherish your gift, and hope you get as much enjoyment from it as I get from making it!

That all being said, I'm new at this, so let me know if you have any questions or ideas! Is there something you'd like to see? Are you not satisfied with your product? Do you want a different color of something? Give me a holler, I'd love to hear from you!

I make all of these items myself, and they are mostly made to order. I strive to make high quality items, and hope that you're always happy with my products and customer service. As a perfectionist, I obviously won't send you an item that has mistakes, but keep in mind that these are handmade, so little imperfections may exist.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
My item never arrived:
I allow 3 weeks for U.S. delivery, and 4 weeks for international. If you still have not received your item after that time, I will consider it a non-delivery and either re-send you the item or refund the item.

My item arrived damaged:
Oh no! Please send me a picture of your damaged item, and we can figure out what to do. I am happy to fix your item or send you a new one, given that you can send a picture of the damage within 72 hours of delivery. Typically, I will ask you to return the item to me (I will cover shipping costs), and I will send you a new item.

I am unsatisfied with my item:
I'm sorry to hear that! I would love to know why, so definitely reach out to me! For non-customized items, I am happy to give a refund for your item, but I do ask that you return the item to me. Unfortunately, I cannot cover return shipping costs in the case of returns. As for customized items, I judge these on a case-by-case basis, so please let me know if you're unsatisfied and we can talk about it!
Payment
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds if the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
I totally understand if you change your mind about an order. But, because I make these items to order, I can only offer a short window for cancellations!
Shipping
What mail provider do I use? I use USPS to ship my items. All packages will have a tracking number for your convenience.

Do I offer expedited shipping? Unfortunately, I do not offer faster shipping at this time.

Do I ship internationally? Yes! It does cost more though.

Do I offer insurance for items? Yes! Insurance covers lost or damaged items.

I offer completely custom services - several customers have commissioned me to do paintings or projects that aren't offered on my shop, so please reach out if you have a special project in mind and we can work out the details!
