Very disappointed to see this .. there was no reply to any of my messages or emails after I said I don't do refunds as he had the completed files and due to the nature of my work .. The files were correct and what I supply to all of my clients ..

* TIME ZONES & OPEN HOURS **
The REDrubyedesigns shop is open 24/7 however I am only human and have a family also, so therefore can only be here and work so much. I am available Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, CLOSED weekends and public holidays. If I am going to be sick for longer then 1-2 days my store will be closed.
I am located in sunny Queensland, Australia - so please remember to take time zone differences into consideration if you are in another state, day light savings or in another country.
All messages are replied to as soon as I can, but you will always get a reply in under 24 hours.

- The first round of 'proofs' are ready within 2-48 hours
- All ‘proofs’ are delivered via ETSY messages
- ALL proofs must be approved before they are completed
- After you approve of the design your will files be ready within 24-48 hours
- You will receive an ETSY message with the details of your download link

** PRINTING **
- REDrubyedesigns uses VISTA PRINT templates for all marketing items
- It is up to the client to supply the RIGHT template name so we can locate the correct template and download for your order.
- We are NOT responsible for color variations - color WILL vary from that which you see on your screen to what is printed in a store.
- Paper type may also effect color.
- The buyer is responsible for checking all printing guidelines and previewing cut-off zones before printing.
- If a different size is required please contact me before purchase.
** REFUNDS **
Due to the nature of my work, REDrubyedesigns will NOT and cannot offer any refunds if you have received your first proof/mock-up.
** COPY RIGHT & TRADE MARK **
You cannot COPYRIGHT or TRADEMADE any design purchased from REDrubyedesigns ... All copyright remains with REDrubyedesigns and cannot be transferred. Commercially licensed graphic elements used in our designs are protected by the original owner and designer.
** FONTS AND GRAPHICS **
REDrubyedesigns does NOT give out fonts and graphics that we use. We are happy to however, supply you the links so you may purchase the fonts and graphics yourself.
** WHAT IS A DESIGN ELEMENT? **
A design element is a graphic used in a logo such as a flower, a bouquet, a boat, a tree, a feather, a bird, a dog etc.
** DESIGN SOFTWARE USED AT REDrubyedesigns **
REDrubyedesigns uses both Adobe PS and AI. AI is the best program to use for items that are to be printed as they are vector based and can be enlarged where as PS is raster based and cannot be used for large scale projects.
Custome Made Designs
Custom made means it is 'designed' to the clients specifications .. it does NOT mean it is a one of a kind design .. any custom made designs from REDrubyedesigns means we will NOT re-sell that 'exact' same design - but we WILL re-use the same graphics for other clients ....
The graphics used by REDrubyedesigns can be found on the web and purchased by anyone and can be used for hundreds if not thousands of clients around the world ..
