Care instructions
STAMP CARE INSTRUCTIONS FROM PAPER PASTRIES:
Stamp on scrap paper to see what amount of ink & pressure works best. Once you're done for the day clean your stamp by wiping with damp cloth. Never use harsh chemicals. If ink cakes on, gently scrub with soap & water.
Where is my order???
If you’ve already received a notification that your order has shipped, that means that USPS will be picking up your item that day. They don’t always scan it when picking it up and so it sometimes will still show as “pre-transit” until it gets to my local PO or even the distribution center. On rare occasions, it does not get scanned until it reaches YOUR local post office! Unfortunately, I have absolutely no control over any of this – it is all USPS, which is extra strained due to the pandemic on top of the Postmaster General’s efforts to slow mail delivery. I always look to get your order out the same or next day (including Saturdays, excluding Sundays & holidays) in an attempt to counteract any potential delays though!!
How should I clean my knits?
Please refer to the instructions that came with your hand knit item. If you've not purchased yet, please see the individual listing for specific care instructions. When in doubt, always hand-wash in cool water and lay flat to dry.
