I will take care of all the personalization for you! Just submit the details for your card during checkout, and if your card includes photos, email them to me at rgavalekdesign@yahoo.com. Then sit back and wait for your proof! It will be emailed to you within 2 days after purchase.

If you have specific personalization requests, please send me a message before you place your order. I am happy to accommodate design requests whenever possible!

Because your card is a made-to-order digital item, it cannot be returned or refunded. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your design, I will be happy to:
1. Make changes to your card design until you are 100% satisfied with it.
OR
2. Provide you with an exchange for another card design of your choice.

If you are not satisfied with your design and would like to exchange it, please contact me within 14 days of the original purchase date. (Exchange policy applies to digital files only)

Your design proof will be emailed to you within 2 days after purchase (4 days for custom orders). After you review and approve it, the high resolution digital files will be emailed to you. Changes can also be requested, if desired.

If you would like to receive your proof within 24 hours, contact me about upgrading to a rush order!

Is your proof overdue? Many email providers flag my emails as spam/junk mail. If you don't see my email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. And if it's not there, please send me a message here on Etsy so that we can get everything figured out and back on track!

If you purchase an invitation and your event is postponed, moved, or rescheduled for any reason, contact me within 3 months of your original event date. I will be happy to update your invitation for free!

(Please note that this applies to the digital format of your invitation only. If printing was also purchased, a reprint discount may be available).

Your cards can be printed at home or through any local or online printer. For best results, professional lab printing is recommended.

For your convenience, I offer the option to order printing from a professional lab through my shop! Ordering is fast and easy, and is available on the main page of my shop.

Some other high quality printing companies I recommended are Photo Affections, Simply to Impress, and Mpix.

If your order was cancelled, it may be because I was unable to fulfill it as it was submitted. Orders with missing or incomplete details are cancelled after 7 days.

Absolutely! Contact me by Etsy message within 3 months after you receive your final files, and I will be happy to make changes for you.

Orders will remain open for a maximum of 7 days from the purchase date. If a proof has been sent but no response is received, the final files will be sent on the 7th day. As noted above, changes can still be requested after the final files have been received.
