Shipping
I try to ship via USPS within 24 hours of receiving payment.
You can save money on shipping by buying more than one item at a time.
Books are shipped via media mail, priority shipping is available for a slightly higher fee and depends on the total weight and size.
If you want insurance, just add it to your total.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want to see that each customer is pleased with their purchase. It should be expected that vintage and antique items are not always perfect. I try to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions, and am very particular about disclosing any flaws or damage.
If you are uncertain about the condition or age of any item, please ask questions before purchasing. I am usually able to respond very promptly, and will provide as much additional information as possible to assist in your evaluation of the item, since I'm not able to send items upon approval.
Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for me. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns you may have. I want you to love your purchase, and appreciate the opportunity to correct anything prior to receiving feedback.
