Will the color look exactly like the photos?
Due to screen settings and natural lighting, the color of the product may appear slightly different in photos. Since all of our items are made from genuine leather, each piece has its own unique texture and tone. This makes every item truly one of a kind.
Can you guarantee a delivery date once the order is shipped?
We prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot control the delivery process or guarantee an exact delivery date. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Are these items suitable for gifts?
Absolutely! Our leather dopp kits and wallets make perfect gifts for weddings, groomsmen, anniversaries, Father’s Day, birthdays, and more. We can also include a personalized gift note upon request.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Personalized items are usually ready to ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons (such as holidays or wedding season), production times may be slightly longer.
How should I care for my leather product?
Leather is a natural material that develops a unique patina over time. To maintain its quality, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and condition it occasionally with a leather care cream.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping upon request. You can also include a personalized message card to make your gift extra special.
How do I add personalization to my order?
Simply add your personalization details (name, initials, date, or message) in the personalization box at checkout. If you have a special request, you can also message us directly.
Are your products made from real leather?
Yes, all of our dopp kits and wallets are made from 100% genuine leather. Each piece may have natural variations in texture and color, which makes it unique.
What if my package gets lost or delayed?
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays or lost packages. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
Can I preview my engraving before you make it?
Yes! If you’d like to see a digital preview of your engraving, please send us a message. We’ll be happy to create a mock-up for your approval before production.
