Announcement   Rabbit Room Arts was founded in 2008 by Marcy Hall, an artist from in Erie, Pennsylvania who has sold and sent paintings all over the world! Marcy paints with acrylics on canvas interpreting her surroundings in her small city. Ongoing projects include extensive work with Christine Valters Paintner, Ph.D, of Abbey of the Arts, based in Ireland, in creating a Dancing Monk series. She was also recently honored to return as the 2018 featured artist for Sister Joan Chittester's Everywoman Calendar. Most recently, she recently painted a mural in the Erie Court Courthouse, created a commissioned painting for Erie County United Way's Tocqueville Society, collaborated with Sister Joan Chittester on a forthcoming book with illustrations, and illustrated a book about her mother's childhood in the Oil Region.

Marcy is an animal lover and is always working on pet portraits to honor and memorialize beloved animals - her work has includes rabbits (of course!), cats, dogs, guinea pigs and even an armadillo. She accepts commissions for murals and individualized works.

Returns and exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my goal. I will work with you to resolve any issue with the purchase and will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.

· Returns are accepted only if you contact us and ship the merchandise back within 7 days from the delivery date.

· In case of a return, we will provide all the money back except of any shipping fees paid.

· The money back can be provided back to your credit card or paypal account. We can also give you credit towards future purchases upon request instead of a refund.

· We will pay the cost of the return shipping only if you received a wrong or damaged painting. If you simply do not like the painting or wish to return for any other reason, you must cover the shipping return shipping expenses.

· If your order was shipped incomplete by mistake, please contact us and we will send the missing paintings ASAP.

· If your painting arrived damaged, please contact us, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide compensation gift. All packages by UPS are insured for the declared value or $100,
