Welcome and thank you for browsing my shop. All of the images you see here were taken by me and are professionally printed in a lab on various types of archival paper based on the subject.
Most photographs are available in various sizes, so if you don't see the size you're looking for, or have any questions at all, please contact me.
I welcome both bulk and retail / wholesale orders, however I do not do consignment. Please contact me for prices and details.
I accept Paypal and credit card purchases made via PayPal. You do not require a Paypal account to use a credit card with PayPal.
All custom / special orders are final sales and are non returnable.
Mail from Canada takes a little longer to arrive (sometimes). Just a reminder!
I ship to your ETSY ADDRESS, not your Paypal address please use the feature on your Etsy account to change your shipping address if you are sending a gift
I ship orders under 10 inches via Canada Post / USPS First Class. I take great care to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition (archival cello sleeve and rigid cardboard mailer) I do not mail out damaged prints.
Photos larger than 10" are sent Expedited or FedEx within Canada and the USA. They are sent insured. If you need your order held or diverted to another address please contact me so that I can make these arrangements.
Jewellery and iPhone cases can take 10-15 business days to clear international customs. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
International orders: you are responsible for customs fees. Orders will not be accepted as returns due to fees.

Refunds and Exchanges
I take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. I will never ship a damaged order to you. Photographs are mailed in protective archival sleeves within rigid photo-mailers. If for any reason they arrive damaged, please contact me immediately.
I will accept returns or exchanges with proof (photographic proof) of damage. I will NOT accept returns if you do not like the colour or if you did not read the listing details and were expecting something else.
Any refunds or exchanges will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please contact me within five days or receipt of your order or I may not be able to help you.
In accordance with Canada Post's Policies, orders are considered lost after six weeks have passed and will be replaced at that time.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I welcome custom orders, whether they are different print sizes, other photographs that you have seen on my Flickr account or my blog, or different quantities of cards and different card images. Please contact me and I will do my utmost to fulfill your request.
These custom orders are all final sales based on their nature and will be replaced only if they are damaged.
Wholesale orders are welcome. Please note, I do not do consignment. Wholesale or retail only.
