I've been a dancer and Pilates instructor for over 10 years. These products are products I've developed to help my clients enhance their self-care routines and recover from muscles soreness.

The Therapeutic Pressure Pillow is a product I developed while I was helping a client of mine recover from chronic whiplash. She was a high school vice principal in Southern California and one of my most challenging clients. I developed a variation on an old dance medicine technique of using balls to roll-out the body's tensions. But because of her limited mobility I created an encased version with straps. We modified it every week, until the Pressure Pillow was created. I've patented the design and also found resources and techniques to make the manufacturing as earth-friendly as possible and made in the U.S.A

The Dry Body Brush Set is a product that I put together to promote this buried treasure in body care. This technique has been around for centuries - I have created a comprehensive instructional brochure and a 2-brush natural boar's bristle set. Wearing one brush on each hand creates a kinetic flow to the routine encouraging more frequent use.

The Classic Hot Water Bottle is a remedy my mother used. I've always had one and am a big advocate of the moist heat over electric or microwaved materials. The moisture based heat makes a more natural contact with the muscles and nervous system - much like a hot bath feels over an electric blanket. Decorating my Pilates studio and creating a fun work environment by using assemblage and upcycled products is also one of my favorite things to do. So, often you will find a unique decor piece or up-cycled - repurposed item for sale amongst my handmade products.
