High quality jewelry meets affordability.

I started making jewelry as a child, and my shop grew from my extensive collection of hand-crafted items. I come from a long line of strong and artistic women, which coupled with my background in retail and customer service, fueled my desire to open a shop providing quality items at reasonable prices. Customer service is of the utmost importance, and my goal is to build a base of returning customers, who share my love of beauty, quality, affordability and service.

I make one-of-a-kind earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and charms using the highest quality gemstones, glass, freshwater pearls, and precious metals. I search for beads all over the country, from Burlington, Vermont to Savannah, Georgia, and from New York, New York to Chicago, Illinois. I love searching for unique beads to create my beautiful designs. I have worked in customer service for a global company for many years. I know excellent service and I always strive to give my customers the best shopping experience possible. I believe that high quality products and excellent customer service is the best recipe for keeping customers satisfied, and returning.

Payment
I accept PayPal for all items or direct payment through Etsy. Personal checks are no longer accepted. Please be aware that I do not ship items until your payment has cleared. This is to protect both myself, and the customer from fraud and identity theft.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary, depending on the region to which the items are being shipped. Please refer to the individual item for shipping costs to the country to which the item is shipping. Items are shipped through the United States Postal Service, unless another carrier is requested. (In this case, the customer is responsible for the increased cost of shipping the item). The customer is required to notify me of all special requests (within reason) and within the policies and laws of the country to which the item is shipping. I will not at any time jeopardize my business. Please be aware that lying or providing false information to a government is a federal offense. Items are shipped domestically and internationally in a padded envelope. All items are securely wrapped and an invoice is included unless specifically requested otherwise. Domestic orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared. International orders are shipped the following Saturday after payment has cleared. If time limits are involved, please notify me and arrangements can be made to overnight or second-day ship items. These costs vary, and will be the responsibility of the customer. Tracking is included with all domestic orders, and the tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. Regarding international orders, at this time only orders to Canada include tracking. If you would like tracking on an international package, please let me know BEFORE you place an order. Priority mail is the only way to provide tracking on international orders. Priority mail starts at $17. All extra costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Insurance and/or delivery confirmation are extra, but can be added if specifically requested. In this case, the bill will be amended to reflect the extra cost of tracking and delivery confirmation, to be paid by the buyer. Please be aware that these services must be requested in writing prior to shipping. If these services are not requested or requested after the item has shipped, any items that are lost in transit cannot be replaced and are at the sole risk of the buyer. That being said, I try to resolve any issues to the best of my ability and within reason. Please notify me if your package does not arrive and I will contact the United States Postal Service. If the issue cannot be resolved through the postal service, other options may be available. I will be in touch to try to resolve them in a way that is best for buyer and seller.

For international orders, any tariffs imposed by the country to which the item is shipping are the sole responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

Order arrival can only be guaranteed if purchased seven days prior to the deadline requested. Arrival is not guaranteed on Christmas, Valentine's or Mother's Day if purchase is not made at LEAST one week prior. Refer above for information about Overnight and/or Second Day shipping options.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchases, please send them back for a full refund of the cost of the items. In order to receive a full refund, returns must be made within 30 days (of having received the item). Within 60 days I will give Rachel Grey Shop Credit. Returned items must be unworn and undamaged. I regret that I cannot reimburse shipping costs. In the case of defective merchandise, I will do my best to replace the defective pieces, but the items must be returned and I must be notified within 30 days of purchase. Defective merchandise includes faulty or broken findings or beads incurred during shipping and prior to use. Defective merchandise can be shipped back with an explanation of the defect. I will fix the items and return them promptly. There will be no further charge for shipping or repairs. If you are unhappy with my services, please email me before posting feedback. I am always happy and willing to resolve issues surrounding service and quality of the products. I welcome feedback, both positive and negative, so that I can make your shopping experience an exceptional one.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do take commissions and make repairs. The costs will vary depending on the nature of the project or repair. I make one-of-a-kind items, and it is sometimes difficult and often impossible to replace lost designs or to create duplicates. I always encourage you to ask, however, as I do sometimes purchase in bulk. Please don’t be afraid to send sketches for special projects. It is always helpful to see what your customer wants, rather than solely relying on a verbal description.

Any items that are specifically requested and reserved under the seller's name must be purchased within 7 days of the posting. You will be notified through Etsy's conversations function when your item has posted. Only shipping confirmations are communicated by email, so you must refer to the Etsy website to find out whether your reserved items have been posted. You are not obligated to buy reserved items, but I ask that you notify me if you decide not to purchase them. If the reserved items have not been purchased within 7 days of the posting and I have not been notified otherwise, the reserved listing will be removed and the items can only be purchased on an as-available basis.
