RachelOs' Shop Policies
This store is chockablock full of anything and everything that I feel like making. I just love the process of creating, and I don't limit myself to any medium. Some things start out as requests for friends and family, then I just make some extra for my store!
Please pay asap via PayPal or through etsy's checkout. If you want to work something else out, please contact me before you order.
If you use PayPal to process a check, please note that I can't ship your order until your check clears. This can take several days, it is up to PayPal, and I have no control over their situation.
International orders- buyer is responsible for all taxes or duty fees that may arise.
Orders ship out within 3 business days or sooner, custom orders can take up to one week. If you need something faster, please contact me before you order.
I ship to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping labels are automatically generated and whatever you put under address is where your package will be sent.
If you give me an incorrect address, this is where your package will try to go. If the USPS cannot deliver your package because the address is incorrect, I will need to wait for your order to return to me before I ship it back to you again. You will be charged shipping a second time, as I have to pay for shipping both times. This can be a lengthy process.
Please don't attempt to change the address by putting a second address in notes to seller. If the original address you provide is incorrect, I am not responsible for delays or non delivered packages. Often, I ship orders on the same day they are placed. If you notice a problem with your address, you need to contact me immediately. I cannot do anything once the item has already been shipped.
International Orders can take up to three weeks or more to receive. I cannot promise delivery by any date as there are just too many variables. All I can promise is that I will ship promptly and you will get confirmation of shipping. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties that may arise.
I don't offer shipping upgrades. I ship USPS First Class. I can't accommodate overnight or other requests made at checkout. Doing this actually delays your package as I have to contact you and wait for your response. Usually by the time it takes to hear back, I could have already shipped your order. If you need to ask a question, do it before you order.
Checkout is not the place to ask questions. PLEASE ask about shipping, packaging, etc before you buy. If something is bought and paid for, I am going to ship it to you. Checkout is not the place to begin negotiations and deliberations. If you bought it, I'm going to assume you want it.
I'm really a nice person, and don't mind a bit if you ask questions before you buy. I'm sorry if this shipping policy is a little harsh. I'm just trying to make the process run as smoothly as possible.

Let's try to work things out before you order. I'm happy to get you more information or pictures!
If you have a problem with your order, please let me know and we will work something out. I'm really quite agreeable and not at all scary.
If you need to make a return, you must let me know within 5 business days of delivery. Let's not string this out longer than we need to, ok?
