I visualized this sign with the Jaguars/Dolphins logos, as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law, and it's exactly what I wanted but BETTER! The wood is a thick sturdy piece of wood, the clear finish is applied smooth and evenly, and the hand painted logos were SPOT-ON accurate! Not to mention it's the perfect size to hang without requiring "add-on's" so as not to get lost in the wall, which I love because I wanted it to be a focal point. I can't compliment you or thank you enough! If I don't get a round of applause from my sis-in-law I'm giving up on her next year's gift...lol. -Nicci Dillon
My name is Rachel and I love repurposing things! I try to only use wood that has already been used for another purpose--or I found in my barn. All of my signs are hand painted and most are distressed so as to not cover up the original patina of the wood. I love to find special quotes/sayings that can strike a chord with you or your loved ones.

If payment is not received within 3 days, I will send a message to you through email and Etsy Conversation. If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment, and the item re-listed.
If payment is made with an eCheck via PayPal, I will wait until that eCheck clears before the items are shipped.

Unfortunately, Oklahoma requires that I collect tax on sales to those customers in Oklahoma. The tax rate for my location is 7.75%. This will be added to your total at checkout.
Ready-made Items will be shipped within 7 days after payment has been received, excluding weekends and holidays, and everything in the shop ships from Edmond, Oklahoma. Custom items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks after sign is finished and payment has been received, and everything in the shop ships from Edmond, Oklahoma.
I ship using USPS Priority mail and Signature Confirmation. I will email the tracking number to you.
Insurance is available on all items for an additional fee. Please indicate in your order that you want insurance and I will let you know what the additional fee is.
The address I will ship to will be the one on your Etsy invoice. As you are checking out with PayPal you will have a chance to specify and change the shipping address. Right before you submit your order the shipping address will be clearly shown. Be sure to double check that address after your order. I cut and paste the address as YOU type it in :)
Shipping upgrades are always available. Please contact me before purchase with your time requirement and your zip code and I'll be happy to quote a price for you.
For international shipping (to countries other than those listed) the buyer and I must agree on S&H costs after postal estimates have been checked and before the transaction is complete.
International Shipping is by USPS First Class International Mail. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or duties. I cannot be responsible for items that get delayed in customs. Delivery Confirmation is not available for international orders.

Refunds and Exchanges
Items may be returned in "new" condition within 30 days from the time they are received. Buyer to pay the return shipping and insurance charges.
I will make every effort to assure that mistakes are not made on personalized items. If, however, a mistake is made at my fault I will cover shipping charges at my regular rate to get the item corrected. If a mistake is made on the buyer's fault, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges to have the item corrected.
Refunds (partial or full) may be provided on a case by case basis for non-insured damaged items. If this is a concern, please purchase insurance for your item(s). Insured items damaged in transit are entitled to a refund as provided by the USPS.
As delivery confirmation is provided on all shipments, lost parcels reported as delivered will not be issued a refund. If your item is insured, I will work with USPS to attempt to obtain a refund. Refunding on "lost" items is at the discretion of USPS.
