Where work is joy!

Ever since I can remember I loved to draw, or something to make. Summer and winter vacations I spent with my brother and sister in a village between mountains Tara and Zlatibor. That was a strong connection me with nature ... Since early childhood I learned from my mother, grandmother, aunt, was familiar with all the manual work - sewing, knitting and crocheting...
By profession I am an agricultural engineer. But life took me in another direction, one for which I was created - design ... last 10 years I work as an interior and furniture designer.
While I reared children discovered a new medium - polymer clay ... experimentation with clay runs since 2008. year. This love inspired me to seriously venture into this. I left my day job and set out into the work from home. I have my own little studio where I create. I love that I can now more time to devote to children, my work and everything that motivates me to persevere ...
Through the Internet I found Etsy store and decided to try it myself. Here I sale a specialy designed cutlery for children and adults, fashion accessories, cake toppers and jewelry.
I am very happy to be able to commit myself to what I like to do and I`m proud to be making things that are unique and original.
I hope it`s just the beginning of amazing online journey :)

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Refunds and Exchanges?
-Returns are acceptable within 14 days from the day the order has been received.
-Recently, there has been an increased number of cases of returned parcels labeled as "unclaimed", which means that you probably were not home or were away. In this case the cost of returned shipment is paid by the buyer.
-Your payment will be refunded through Paypal in 3 business days after receiving back the original item without any damage.
-Costs of returning shipment is your responsibility.

If your order had been damaged please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item via email or convo.
If it's damaged, just take a picture and send it to me and I'll contact you back and either refund you the money or make another item, whichever you choose.

Orders not paid within 48 hours of ordering will be canceled and item will be relisted.
Shipping
I am in Serbia and international shipping takes a little bit longer then domestic. Your understanding is truly appreciated!

For sending products we use airmail 'PostaSrbije'. It is regular mail which makes shipping affordable.
* Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for airmail. Such as Canadian, USA and Australian post. You can track your package on site of Serbian post, it shows the last place in Serbia where your parcel was registered.
* If you prefer to ship via international express mail which included tracking and insurance please ask us for prices.
* If you package has not arrived please take it up with your local post office (sometimes delivery notice is lost and package waiting for you to pick it up, you must sign it when it come) . For USA - on line tracking is not possible after it left Serbia but you can track your order from your nearest post office.

* I mark international orders as a gift.

Delivery times:
* about 5-10 business days for Europe
* 15 - 40 days for USA and Canada
* about 2 weeks or more for Oceania

* I ship overseas so state that customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks, and this does not happen often but that it can happen.


All items are packaged carefully so they will be arrive in perfect condition.
