beautiful sconce. There was some communication missed on payment for freight which he ultimately said they would pay but it was stuck in shipping to me so I paid it. He offered a credit, so I expect to use it and enjoy another piece

The lights are beautiful and customer service was excellent!

Light looked just as described. Assembly was required and was pretty straightforward. Lovely glow in my dining room and finish is exactly what I was looking for in my 100+ year old house. Had to buy candelabra style bulbs not standard bulbs for the size. While these were not difficult to find, they may be for some buyers and more expensive. The fit of the glass shades is a little difficult to get on, I’m wondering how easily i can remove to replace bulbs in the future. Seller was awesome, extremely responsive to messages and questions on Etsy. Comparable price, slightly less than other products with similar shape and style. Overall, satisfied 👍🏼.

Nice product, well packaged (could withstand bomb), nice alabaster, great information folder for installation. Little remark: they are not the same size, one is smaller than the other but I think they are very nice

Absolutely beautiful! I bought two and already installed one of them! One has a little more coloring (which I prefer) than the other, but both are beautiful, heavy, and good quality!

I purchased two of these fixtures for our entrance area. They are absolutely beautiful lights and exactly as pictured. We are very happy with how they look in our home. The customer service was also very sincere and helpful, and they communicated responsibly with us through to the end. We truly appreciate their support. If we purchase lighting again in the future, we would be happy to buy from this shop again.

Wonderful company to work with! I ordered 3 sconces in the wrong color and company helped with the re-order process and more then fair with costs! Will use them again.

My earlier order included sconces that were perfect; I ordered some alabaster thereafter. The first try resulting in one sconce being somewhat crooked in its welding so this Seller graciously sent a replacement at no cost to me. Unfortunately the fragile alabaster arrived broken at the base and there is no way to repair or swap out parts. The packaging was not to blame; it was solid and well- wrapped. I am figuring out a way to use what I have since it is such beautiful work and I will post a pic a a later date. I would not hesitate to order from this shop; I am grateful for the attempt to make things right though it was to their fault.
