5 out of 5 starsI'm absolutely blown away by the presentation and quality of the illuminated map! These things are legit... and as cool as they seem in the photos, they're even better when they're on your own wall. In addition, the creator's communication has been engaged and responsive throughout; making the whole process from inquiry, to order and delivery seamless. Just a quick follow up: ended up having a problem with an LED... Flawless customer service is just one more reason to recommend this shop!

What's your return & refund policy?
Everything's made-to-order, so I can't accept returns; if your order is defective or damaged, please reach out and I'll send you a new one.
I made a mistake, how do I cancel or modify an order?
For the blankets, once the production process starts I can't halt it. Please reach out ASAP and I'll do my best to fix you up.
Where do these ship from?
For the illuminated maps, my workshop in New York. The blankets and cards ship from North Carolina.
Do you offer rush/expedited orders?
Reach out with your deadline and I'll see what I can do; usually I can only shave 1-2 business days off the process by using faster shipping options.
Do you gift wrap or include gift messages?
No; selecting the "this is a gift" option in etsy checkout just means "don't include the receipt in the package."
